Good Agricole. On the one hand a classic Agricole. Beautifully herbal, good integration of alcohol on the one hand and flavors on the other. There is also a lot to discover. For example, tropical fruit, slightly dirty in places, but also fresh, grassy notes. Delicious.

The little surprise, I admit I wasn't excited about Père Labat often too vegetal for my taste BUT here we have a pastry delight on the nose and especially a ton of fruit on the palate. It's ultra easy drinking and well made. Obviously at 45% a bit short but it did its job.

Rich sweetness of burnt sugar and maple syrup, plus roasted nuts, vegetal notes, pepper, dried fruits, milk chocolate and vanilla from the oak wood. Alcohol is pleasantly integrated, a convincing representative from Marie-Galante.

Rhumtour 2025 Very strong nose. Even smells like poisson. I forgot for a second this is 45% but then you taste and immediately you get the dilution. Very earthy flavours. Not bad but I guess Martinique is still King in this domain?
