RumShark really nailed this one. Beautiful technical Clarendon. It’s not outright technical perfection like the NROJ set, but a pleasant, I’d say velvety technicality complemented by the power of thinner, tropical fruit, chocolate, black tea, burnt wood. In the finish the other flavors fade and pure technicality and alcohol strength appear. Yeah, I like this!

Barva took a nice mahogany but weaker compared to Ten Cane nonetheless beautiful. Comparison with RS1 is difficult because RS1 was an ultra wild thing :D this is more moderate in the nose but hints are there. Doesn't sting with alcohol. First tasting... Wow, super! Ester Jamaican but you can feel the age which gives a pleasant smoothness and you can smell the wood which I like in older Jamaicans. Alcohol is well integrated for me, I can't exactly describe the flavors but for me they are desirable. More bottles like this! For me a deserved 8.5/10

This Clarendon is one of the best rums Rum Shark has bottled so far. 60.8% is not noticeable at all in the nose or taste. Very pleasant technical and slightly fruity aroma, which multiplies after sipping and on the tongue comes alive as an absolute taste experience for all lovers of Clarendon rums.
