A nice Panama cask strength. On the nose I have wood, fruits, pipe tobacco, vanilla, cinnamon, pepper, caramel and baking spices. A very pleasant scent. On the palate it is quite powerful due to the 60%. Wood, pepper, fruits, coconut and pipe tobacco go over to leather, oak and caramelized aromas. The profile is not spectacular, but well made. The medium-long finish offers wood, pepper, nuts, spices, tobacco, vanilla and toffee. This Panama rum is probably well suited for advanced connoisseurs who have already had first experiences with cask strengths.

So then there's the One Rum No. 3 afterwards. Also a very good rum, but still a bit away from world class. Everyone has to decide for themselves if they spend 50 € for the 3 samples :) I find it okay, not a must, but okay.

Nose upfront tobacco, wood spice, then gently fruity note, tongue: mega! like on the nose, complex but balanced, lots to discover, really fun, great product.

A fantastic rum whose nose reminds me of fruity tobacco and wood. It reminds me of the old cherry tobacco of a pipe smoker. In the mouth, the full aroma of this rum unfolds, its sweetness reminiscent of fruity sweetness and the woody note perfectly bind the 60.1% vol. alcohol.

This rum convinces me completely. It is super soft and complex – tobacco, leather, vanilla, dried fruits, plus a hint of toffee. No fuss, just pure quality. Cask strength but perfectly balanced. For me one of the best rums from Panama.
