This rum from the Irish IB Two Shores comes from Panama where it was aged for 8 years. Thereafter it’s aged by Two Shores for 1 year in Tawny Port Casks before bottled in 781 bottles. The nose is smooth, fruity and rich. At the palate it goes in the same way with flavors of cherries, figs and raisins.
