Review by Topher
Comparing to the Foursquare Equidem this evening. Rare Cane 2005 Barbados is one of the smoothest distilled at Foursquare in my experience without sacrificing proof at 58.6%. Palate is coconut, vanilla, butter. Finish is subtle, not as long as the slightly higher proof 61% Equidem, and certainly maintains a pleasant sweetness that is unique. I’m buying another bottle.
