Review by Stefan Persson
This is a blend of rum from Jamaica and Dom.Rep. infused with blackberries and honey by Paola McIntyre herself using local ingredients. The nose is rather rich with aromas of honey and notes of blackberry. At the palate and during the short to medium long finish it’s sweet, smooth and a little spicy with flavors of honey, blackberry and hints of ginger and pepper. Overall way too sweet for me!
