The aroma included a touch of ethanol. Given the aroma, straight was surprisingly enjoyable. Somewhat of a pimento flavor, among others. Had less of a burn than I would have expected. Mixed was okay with Coke. I would, however, like to try it in a Mojito as suggested by the label. When I do, I’ll reevaluate.
