Thinking about the name of this rum I think it matches pretty well. It may show you the midnight sun if you drink it around that tone of day. I would have preferred a higher ABV, but it still does its magic. Fruity and sweet with nice floral notes supported by some wood and spices. I made a note that the empty glass had some chocolate and spices.

Un rhum dégusté dans une boutique. Un nez agricole assez complexe avec un alcool bien contenu. Une bouche avec des fruits dont des agrumes et un côté végétal intéressant avec même des fleurs. Une finale un peu courte mais équilibrée. Un beau rhum tres bien fait, mais il lui manque quelque chose qui donne de l’émotion.

Regouté. Un bel équilibre a été trouvé avec ce rhum. Profil frais au début puis passe lentement vers des arômes plus boisé avec une belle longueur en bouche. Les arômes manquent d'impact ce qui le rend peu remarquable.
