full-length enmore rum. sensational. when you think he gets too bitter, he just gets the curve and is surprisingly fruity, fresh and not too woody. very nice part for the age!liquid forest walk! From moss to mushroom to berry to tree bark to pine needle.... Very horny and perfectly balanced at 48%.

An unmistakable Enmore can be achieved. Lots of leather and herbs, complemented by a little sour cherry. Great. The taste is again full of leather, malt, dark chocolate and walnut. The alcohol is perfectly integrated, although it is too soft due to the reduction. Great finish of dried currant, leather, earth and licorice. Great rum despite the low percentage.

A nose of old varnished wood, bitter caramel, ginger and Chinese spices. Lots of spices on the palate, ginger and spices. The wood brings a lot of bitterness. The finish is a bit short, except the bitter caramel that stays long. A nice rum very focused on bitter caramel and therefore a bit too monolithic for me.

03.01.2020 In a cottage with friends for the weekend with a few bottles of rum. Notes: Dark in colour. Nose: Intense, wood, light roasted, raisin, plum, tobacco. Palate: Oily, wood, roasted, vegetal, nutty, cherry, light citrus, Finish: Long and warm, mineral, dried fruit, wood, nutts, faint smoke.

Strong Enmore! Initially somewhat disappointed by the few percent, I must say that it comes along incredibly balanced. Very complex, dark and deep with the typical distillery character, plus proper wood, but for my aversion of bitterness just right. With a few percent more he would probably still create a few points more, because he loses especially on the palate quickly in strength, but otherwise really great!

Very pleasant aroma with a dominance of sour cherries and leather. The taste is rather woody with hints of dark chocolate and currant. The finish is very long, with sour cherries showing up again at the end.

So much taste in 48% ?!!! This rum in cask strength should be heaven in hell..! The wood is there, but not overhelming plumps and leather taste.

Caramel wood and varnish with a hint of bitter on the nose. The bitter caramel continues on the palate accompanied by Chinese 5 spice and dried ginger. On the way down the varnish comes back again. Super interesting cask
