An extremely interesting and tasty rum from Panama. On the nose, I encounter many notes of cocoa, tropical fruits, caramel, baking spices, leather and barrel influences. It is strongly reminiscent of a Barbados rum (FS Absolutio, for example) The 40 years of barrel influence have created some interesting notes on the palate.
