Tasted at Spirits Days in Tournai, quick notes: Nose: ester, fruit, flambéed banana Mouth: caramelized banana, a real dessert, esters of course, not too big a slap on the alcohol (or esters for that matter). In short: in the top of the lounge without hesitation. Young but thoroughly enjoyable, and already well marked. Very greedy for this level of ester and youth. Edit: a little more nuttiness, and a little more alcohol bite.
