#6662 16.04.2026 Running some samples after a quick 10 km walk at a nice speed. Listening to Ghost Rider, Nicky Romero, Ben Gold and Maarten de Jong on Spotify. This one was not something I would like as a sipper, but it has also been created for mixers. The profile has sugarcane, fruits and floral notes to it.

Dégustation au Rhum Fest Paris 2025. 👃 & 😋 Canne à sucre, floral, assez alcoolique, fraîcheur mentholée et d'agrumes frais. Réglisse douce légère. Fruits confits en bouche, citron vert et épices de cuisine sur la muscade. ⛳ Moyenne, douce, sucre de la canne, légère minéralité + agrumes frais, menthol et réglisse léger.

On the nose, truffle dominates with slight petrol notes, some licorice, mint and grassy notes. On the palate, the rum is rather restrained and light. At 40%, the rum is more diluted and therefore rather light. Truffle aromas, grassy notes and petrol dominate. For me, a very unusual Rhum Agricole.

Not very pleasant on the nose, cane way too present. Rounder on the palate. For me, it makes a cocktail rum.
