Review by crazyforgoodbooze
Nail polish, grappa or pomace brandy on the nose and primarily vegetal aromas, as well as slightly pear-like musty... 28 days fermentation, holy moly. On the palate rather salty, olive brine, artichoke bottom and hay... Exciting and very special, won't be my favorite!
Review by Oliver
Phew, intense nose - pure nail polish remover. Floral/marc like grappa. Very special. On the palate very wild, overripe fruits and meaty. Salty and olives. Exciting experiment.
