Smells a lot like molasses, pineapple, overripe fruit. The taste is already slightly recognizable Worthy Park. Molasses combined with pineapple and bananas. Quite similar in the finish. I'm a bit bothered by the immaturity that comes through.

Fruity esters meet floral notes and a fine honey sweetness. Maturation in a Moscatel cask gives the rum a pleasant fruitiness and a soft character without masking the typical Worthy Park style. Somewhat wild on the nose, accessible on the palate with a slight melt. A solid bottling, even if not completely balanced.

Tasted at RhumFest Paris 2025. A rather typical Worthy Park. Fruits play the lion's share in this bottle, pineapple in particular. Rather discreet esters. A good rum, with no great surprises, but whose alcohol content makes it more accessible than most of this bottler's bottles.
