👃 = I smell a sweet compote of banana, lemon, pepper, slightly mineral and toasted. 👄 = fresh olive is added on the palate in a fatty unctuousness with a little licorice and eucalyptus. Good length.

Green banana, blackberries, freshness of eucalyptus. The mouthfeel is slightly creamy and the alcohol is well integrated. There is also a hint of olives Slightly tart finish. Can be drunk but I'm not a big fan of white rum.

Sehr ungewöhnliches Geschmacksprofil. Grüne Banane, sowie künstliche Gummi Bananen aus dem Süßigkeiten Regal, Johannisbeere, weiße Himbeere, etwas salzige grüne Olivenlake und eine feine Säure. Macht sicherlich einen guten daiquiri, muss ich Mal bei Gelegenheit testen. Würde mich echt interessieren welche Destillerie das ist? 😀

#5621 31.08.2025 Tasting at the German Rum Fest 2025. This is an OK white considering the price tag,. Fruity and floral qith a touch of mint. Lots of berries in the mix and a hint of nutts. This is one I have to try in a Cola one day.
