Note: Employment at Perola GmbH (spirits industry), partial professional involvement with evaluated bottlings. All reviews are my personal, unpaid opinion. Liquid salted caramel to drink 😆 very funny new edition from Razels. As a shot for sweet tooths or rather dessert-like drinks, this is a really nice and well-made gimmick. I imagine it great with whipped cream and apple compote and French toast or pancakes 😆 I would have preferred the alcohol content of the other editions with 38% instead of 26%, but well, still tasty.

Boar, what a sugar bomb! Salted caramel certainly lives up to its name but way too sweet. Again, you have to say this is made for absolute beginners and teens, so it somehow fits, but it's not my thing at all.

Perfect caramel dessert, the description on the label says it all and that's exactly how it tastes. I've never tasted saltiness like this in a spirit before. Maybe a tad too sweet, but what else would you expect from salted caramel.

I would only recommend it if you like salted caramel and sweet spirits; for people who like cask strength rum, this is not it, they shouldn't buy it.

Spirits fair Aquavitae Mülheim October 2026. Last year I was here for the first time and I really liked it, so this year I'm going to this fair again. No rum, but a delicious liqueur that tastes like salted caramel.
