#4981 18.12.2024 Enjoying a few samples at home. Nose Fresh, fruits, olive, light mineral, medium intense, light citrus, grass. Palate Warm, intense, fruits, olive, light salt, light citrus, light grass, lightly sweet, sugarcane, spice. Finish Long and warm, oily, olive, light salt, citrus, light vegetal, sugarcane. ABV integration is pretty good. The empty glass has a light herbal note and anise.

In summary it’s a rustic, dry, powerful, intense and balanced Agricole Blanc. I’ve also tested it in a Ti Punch and it was great. The nose is fruity, spicy and floral. On the palate it’s a little bit rustic and the aromas from the nose just explodes in the mouth.

the comparison to the HSE 50 he wins for me. you can consider him as a yardstick for other white Agricoles, primarily in the Ti Punch of course, because they are produced anyway mostly.if you do not know which rhum it should be you can do nothing wrong here.in PLV unbeatable.

A white rum with a pleasant drinking strength. The nose consists of floral sugar cane and citrus. Peppery spicy in the mouth, but still easy to drink. Citrus and grass lingers long, but the rum is a bit thin overall.

Typischer Rhum agricole von Martinique. Gut zum Mixen und für einen Ti Punch. Der Alkohol ist in der Nase und am Gaumen deutlich präsent und nicht ganz rund eingebunden, daher etwas kratzig und leicht pfeffrig.

A very good unaged rum agricole. Strong grassy, lemony and floral notes greet you. Then it is very dry, slightly grassy in taste with a light pepper finish. Amazingly mild in taste.
