I am of course bias with this rum because I make it. But I have tasted a lot of clear unaged rums and found that most of them are not great. Which is why this rum was created. Beautiful notes of banana, vanilla, tropical fruits with a fantastic mouth feel that just makes you go whoa! this is what rum should taste like!
