Nose: White pepper, buttercups, fleur de sel, french salted caramels, glue and wood varnish, abroath smokies, parma violets and banana cream pie, tablet, applebanana, foam mushrooms and coconut cream, whitecurrants and pickled rhubarb, chopped hazelnuts, foam bananas and nasturtiums, vietnamese coffee, waldorf salad and corn nuts Palate: lychees and seawater, ground acorns and crushed digestive biscuits Finish: sliced banana and pandan, pink lady apple and fennel, rosehip and tinned pears, fresh dates With water Nose: key lime pie, vanilla shortbread, vanilla fudge and pomelo, sugar cookies and amalfi lemon, custard creams and scallops, millefeuille and apple peel and pineapple bun, acid drops and blackcurrant leaf, elderflower Palate: butter caramels and cheese scones Finish: devonshire toffee, snake fruit and minerallic, banana toffoes and white pepper, sahlab
