A very easy-drinking rum. But it lacks everything that makes a great rum. It has that Jamaican rum taste reminiscent of rum raisins. I like it, but I'd get bored of it very quickly. Too diluted, too bad.

Tasted 23-01-2016 This is an original bottling of Appleton that's delightful as always . Interesting that early tasting notes hated it but truly education is key as Appleton is a great beginner place for Jamaican rum .
