#6107 24.12.2025 Day 24 of my Christmas Calendar and I have finally reached the end of it. This one is also sweet and fruity and there is a distict After Eight touch to the profile. The profle is relatively light but i wonder where the After Eight comes in. The price to quality is more than off, but the hype is there so it sells pretty well.

Thanks to A.H. Riise's advent calendar, I was able to enjoy this premium rum. I expected a lot for the high price and I was not disappointed. A very pleasant fruity aroma of apricot and banana, which is confirmed on the palate. As expected, it is sweet but still has a certain sharpness, which is also noticeable in the finish. For me, this is one of the best A.H. Riise, but the high price dampens the euphoria.

Chocolate with mentol filling ?? Interesting note that lingers here but nothing else really besides being sweet. I don't understand the prices these special black bottles have. Part of AH Riise rum calendar.
