This is my first Belize rum that I own I very much enjoy its dried fruits like raisin and berries, the long age gives it some confections pastries with yeast notes. a very round and enjoyable rum truly expressing the beautiful craft of Travellers Distillers.

I tried this at Boston Rum Week with a lot of skepticism about what a Belize rum can be. Happy to have been proven wrong because this barrel and aging were fantastic. Lots of fruit but less sweetness, and even some sharper, spicier notes. A desert rum, but not cloying.
