#4461 09.11.2023 This one needs to rest or the ABV will bite you. Once rested it's a really nice Travellers. Fruity with wood and light chocolate. The palate is spicy yet fresh and fruity. Long and warm finish. The empty glass has stronger chocolate notes and some roasted wood.

The initial impression is quite biting, but it loosens up with time, with spicy notes of chocolate on the nose, which are also found in the sweet profile. The finish is warm and medium-long. A nice sample of travellers

I'm testing deliberately after Foursquare. On the nose there is similarity in dried fruit and bourbon barrel. Compared to FS, Travellers is less spicy, more delicate. Very nice nose. Very accessible taste, unobtrusive rum. Strong proof is, as usual with Travellers, well integrated.
