#5315 15.05.2025 Enjoying some samples after coming back from the airport in Hamburg. Put my son on his flight to China for a long holiday with his mom. Listening to some Psy Trance 2025. Nose Light alcohol, fruits, floral, light nutts, berries, faint coconut, spice. Palate Medium dry, fruits, berries, light cherry, light citrus, spice, light vanilla, floral. Finish Medium long, medium dry, fruits, citrus, light vanilla, light cherry, medium spicy. Empty glass Citrus, vanilla, faint chocolate, light strawberry.

If there's nothing decent in the supermarket, you just grab a Guyana rum in Jamaica.🤣 The nose shows yellow fruits, fresh sugarcane, vegetal aromas, light olive, and floral hints. The palate is very sweet, like sugarcane. It also reminds me a lot of those colorful popping rice pearls we loved to eat as kids.😃 It's quite alcoholic and then turns bitter. The finish is dry, with burnt sugar, bitter almonds, and becomes slightly meaty/spicy with roasted notes. Not really something to drink neat, but which cocktail it suits is questionable, we'll see. It's definitely on par with the PM from SBS, if not slightly better.
