Wow a fruity Fiji, first time I enjoy a Fiji so much without the glue. Rather closed nose but the taste makes up for it. It's very enjoyable but not worth the price tag.

25/04/25: Bedford Park tasting with Stijn. Very tame Fiji, and initially rather closed on the nose. I don't get any dirty of glue notes. It's more of a fruity style Fiji. Would not go out of my way to buy a full bottle to be honest.

If you're into the more elegant Fiji's this one checks all the boxes. Top 3 Fiji for me. Rolls with the Holmes Cay single casks. Absolutely adore it.

This honestly may be one of the best rums I’ve tasted in terms of both value for money and unique flavour. A mix of cask strength and soft notes while combining some of the more subtle Fiji distillate but, with the age, coming across as a gentler spirit. I could drink this all day. Health warning to those who love a more “feral” Fiji, this is not what the one for you - this is something special though.
