This is my first sample from Raising glasses, and probably my first try of an Ecuadorian rum. The initial smell is mainly vanilla and custard, a little plain. But it really takes off in you mouth. Flavours of tangerine and pepper, some juicy lemon. Some oak, dry leaves. Pours a pretty pale golden colour. More complex than I expected. Had a sample thanks to xamsx.
