Noticeable sugar note that goes beyond the pure product. Those who feel addressed by this will definitely find one of the better representatives of this kind here. What bothers me is the dominance of sweetness, as it unfortunately clearly overlays the rest of the distillate. Overall, it lacks complexity, the spectrum remains deliberately pleasing.

Soooo sweet. On the nose there is a very pronounced sherry maturation, dried fruit and caramel. The taste is very sweet, with a strong sherry and date note. Overall it’s unnecessarily thin. The price/performance ratio is nonsense, just another single vintage release.

This is top quality stuff and had I not had reserva exclusiva I would rate this a 10 but I think for half the price it's the same quality rum ... I love this but prefer ed21 at the high end of rum but would but reserva eclusivia for value , two bottles equal 1 of this and it's the same notes ...
