On the nose it is fragrant with wood and grape (initially it feels like entering a wine cellar), spices, vegetables, apricots, dried fruit, unripe fruit and brine, with a sweet and candied note at the finish. Very interesting. On the palate it is tendentially sweet, with dates, dried fruit, grape, young wood, spices and a small sour note at the finish. It has a light and volatile body, but it is a pleasant drink, for being the first 100% Italian aged agricole rum not bad, they have the potential to improve over time. Thanks to Emiliano for the opportunity.
