Tasted this rum, that’s exklusive for the boutique at the distillery, during my recent visit there. It’s very good and is a blend of distillates from 2015, 2016 & 2017. The nose is intense, fresh, balanced, woody, fruity, spicy with scents of oak, cane juice. At the palate it’s dry, balanced, fresh, woody, spicy, vegetal, fruity with flavors of oak and raisins. The finish is long, woody and fruity.

Tasted it is energetic but well balanced, a fresh agricole and warm wood, a good combination! Long persistence of agricole, sugarcane and noble wood. Banana as fruit but it takes a back seat. On the palate remains a beautiful hint of cooked beets, sugarcane... Excellent finish.
