#7284 12.09.2026 Celebrating my new personal best on the 20 km hike. Started out fast and it was hard for me to slow down, burning all my ressources along the trail. I did manage to cross the finish line as the first one. Listening to some nice tracks by Hardwell on Spotify. Very nice rum with a very good price tag. I really like the pale blue bottle it comes in. Well rounded rum with sugarcane, honey, grass, floral, fruits, mineral, earthy, tobacco, herbs and a long finish.

Depaz

Avg Rating 8.1/10 over 140 Rums

Depaz is the rum born from a volcano. After Mount Pelee wiped out Saint-Pierre and his entire family in 1902, the orphaned Victor Depaz came back and planted cane on the very slopes that had killed them. The distillery he built in 1917 still stands at the foot of the volcano, and its agricole is among the most decorated on Martinique.
