#6714 28.04.2026 Relaxing with a few samples after my long walk and picking up my wife from work. Listening to A State of Trance on Spotify. Price to quality is pretty good on this one in my mind. A wine like profile with nice nutts, tannins, nougar and sugarcane.

An unusual rum from.the Canaries. I was expecting it to lean more on the sweet and dessert-ish, but it brings more to the table. Beside caramel and wood, it has a grape side to it both on the nose and the palate. It also has the freshness and vegetal side of the sugarcane juice. The downside is the alcohol integration, it's very hot.
