#7145 11.08.2026 Time to run some samples. Walking and biking training for today is done and now it's time to relax. Watching Gold Rush on Max. Pretty nice Favorite with a nice price tag in my mind. Medium intense profile with wood, spice, fruits, coffee, chocolate and some tobacco.

Tasted at Emile & Marguerite for the La Favorite masterclass. Now we're talking! I'd like to say that this is a really good rum, very old. Note, however, that it is reduced to 60° before being put into casks. Tasting notes: Floral cane still present, kumquat. Orange, light oak, fine spices.

A wonderful discovery at the La Favorite MasterClass! A masterful, elegant rum, with hints of sugarcane, sweet spices and ripe citrus. A fine balance between freshness and intensity, truly pleasant to taste.
