Review by crazyforgoodbooze
Very delicious 2003 vintage agricole. Very elegant, oily, and heavy. Pleasant sweetness, intense cocoa, cherry, and allspice notes. Not too woody, not too dry. I really like it. Perfect easy sipper!
Review by Pierangelo Pianta
As soon as I pour the solvent and paint, I swirl the glass to oxygenate it, it is very closed. It begins to emerge: a hint of banana, accompanied by peach and cooked apple jam, caramel, with a distant hint of agricole. Low alcohol content on the palate, which releases all the character of Saint James, enriched with hints of peach tea. Long finish, but there is a discrepancy between the nose and the palate.

Saint James 2003 – 42.3% Here we have an 18-year-old! At this price (~$190), it is rare to find a Martinique rum of this age. Profile: very heavy and elegant at the same time, intense notes of cocoa, restrained woodiness despite its 18 years. Result: excellent rum, very harmonious.
Review by Michal Jurka
For such a low ABV, very intense notes of dried fruit, sweet spices, and wood. An excellent agricole.
