31.12. 2019 Last tasting of 2019 went into 2020. Celebrating with family and friends who like rum we ended up having a great party according to my notes Notes. Light in colour. Nose: Intense, light wood, glue, banana, faint coconut, anise. Palate: round, wood, roasted, raisin, licorice, spicy/warm, medicinal. Finish: long, warm, wood, medical, dried fruit licorice.

Nose: Glue, licorice, wood, banana, green apple Taste: Wood, astringent, quite diluted, some fruits and pencil shavings Finish: Short, woody For blind tasting : On the first nose I was going for some Fiji or Mhoba, Then tasting put me on track of a continental port mourant of late 90s (similar to the TWJ PM 1999)
