Most helpful positive review
The nose is very gourmand, with notes of nuts and spices as well as solvents. The palate is just as rich. There's a hint of caramel, followed by notes of almond, vanilla, pastry and even pistachio. Like many Guyana aged in Europe, it's complex and richly flavored. The notes evolve throughout the tasting. Very pleasant!

Rum reviews in the NYC continue. Nose: Woody, toasted, vanilla, mild demerera sugar Taste: Woody,demerera sugar,light vanilla. Light leather, woody, lots of light mocha.Bitter mouthfeel. The abv could be integrated better. Finish: Woody. Mocha notes. leather, earthy notes. Alcoholic and strong, bitter finish This rum offered a lot of mocha notes and in general didnt work for me.
