It’s quite a delicate 970, lacking some of the brute depth and also in your face flavours of many. More of a whisky drinkers rum for me. The nose brings honey and black tea with some more vegetal notes. The mouth is light and well integrated with some gingerbread and malty sweetness as well as a hint of iodine. The finish is medium with more yeast and light smoke. It’s solid but not something I would look to again
