Eins der Highlights des gestrigen Tastings. Alle möglichen Aromen stimmig verwoben, Alkohol fantastisch eingebunden. Man merkt dem Rum regelrecht an, dass der Destillateur die hohe Kunst der Rumherstellung wirklich beherrscht. Ich denke, von der Destillerie werden wir zu Recht noch viel erwarten können.

Leute, was soll man zu dem Teil sagen? Fast 71% vol. und so mild. Alkohol spürbar, aber bei der Alkoholstärke ist das echt marginal. Leichte Fruchtigkeit, nussig, eine sehr angenehme honigsüße, die typischen Aromen, die nach einer Bourbonreifung im Rum zu erkennen sind. Aber ich möchte jetzt einmal den Rum einfach nur Rum sein lassen und ganz kurz den Menschen erwähnen, der bei der Brennerei Feller für diese wirklich tollen Rums verantwortlich ist. Werner Huber! Werner, du lebst diese Spirituose, wie bisher kein anderer, den ich kennenlernen durfte. Ich bin sehr gespannt, was in den nächsten Jahren von dir in unsere Gläsern kommen wird.

Kompliment an Herrn Feller, da versteht jemand echt sein Handwerk. Man merkt, dass hier sehr viel Leidenschaft reingesteckt wurde. Für mich ein sehr gelungener Tropfen, aber für ein sehr gut, holt er mich trotzallem leider nicht ab.

In Ordung als Rum aber dafür dass er aus Deutschland ist ganz gut. Haut mich jetzt aber nicht um. Etwas Obstler Noter mit drin und nicht ganz rund. Schön probiert zu haben aber Flasche bräuchte ich jetzt keine.
