AP Liquid Pearls Bourbon & Oloroso Sherry Cask 2010
"Not bad, not great" is one honest take, but most tasters land a notch higher. The oloroso cask runs the show here — prunes, cherry, milk chocolate and coffee, with the added dosage smoothing the hard edges off a cask-strength Dominican. That sweetness is the trade: it drinks easy for 61.8% but flattens the complexity. Creamy, roasted, and a little smoky on the finish.

How does AP Liquid Pearls Bourbon & Oloroso Sherry Cask 2010 taste?
Aggregated from 12 community reviews.
Sweet oloroso-cask sipper, easy despite the proof Well-liked as an easy sherried sipper that hides its proof. The recurring catch: the dosage smooths it out but leaves it one-dimensional, so complexity chasers stay lukewarm.

Sehr neugierig erweckende Eckdaten.
