#5807 29.09.2025 Day three of the Whisky Live 2025, which this year looks better organized/arranged inside. This Bicentenario is slightly better than the previous one. A smooth easy drinkable rum with nice complexity to it. Still sweet but the fruits and wood balances it out pretty well. An expensive bottle so if you get the chance, give it a try :-)

Salon Dugas. I might have managed to find a precious centiliter of this amazing carafe... What to say? This blend bringing together the oldest and rarest vintages of the brand deserved a more relaxed tasting, because it’s a complex juice. Cocoa, dried dates, tobacco, herbal freshness, amidst notes of mocha, roasted hazelnuts, and a finish that lingers on spices & clove. A glass shared with my friend Felix, who also got quite a shock 😉 Big thanks to our generous donor – who will recognize themselves.
