Most tasters find it "extrem süß" — caramel, honey, vanilla and a nougat-candy sweetness that one reviewer said buried everything else. Whisky'n'More Hattingen March 2026. Well, I find this one a bit too sweet. Didn't think the guy at the booth was that great either :-) But it's still okay, there are worse ones. It's also quite roasted, you can definitely pick up coffee and cocoa here.

Tasting the Millonario portfolio with Mario Navarro: A blend of 5-year-old rums that rested 2 years in Croatian oak that held Tokaj wine, 2 years in a bourbon barrel, and 1 year in an oloroso sherry cask. Added 40 grams of sugar. This is the brand's best seller. The taste impresses me more than the nose, which I actually dislike because it reminds me of artificial rums like Demon's Share, Don Papa, and similar. Flavor-wise, it’s better, dominated by vanilla and cocoa, but you can definitely feel the 40 grams of sugar in this product—it’s noticeable but not over the top or excessive. In the finish, you can also sense the Tokaj and those fleeting wine elements like tannins and such.

Nose: Sweet aromas of caramel, coffee, burnt sugar, syrup & some spices. Also have interesting moments with flavors of rubber, leather, cherry wood & herbals. Taste: disgusting. Extremely sweet ! It's so sweet, such that you can't see anything tastes or aromas. But , you can find all sweet moments: honey, caramel, nougat, candies, syrup & some spices, touch of coffee. Aftertaste: sweet, sweet honey. Very empty. Conclusion: sweet bullshit. 10 y.o. even better! Nose not bad, but the taste ruined everything!
