A rum for which I wanted to rediscover an ancient method of rum making, juice concentration over direct fire, then dilution, fermentation and distillation in pot still. The concentrated juice comes from Marie Galante but the job has been totally done in Italy. A crazy, beatiful creature at its first try. Follow us for the next.
