Jde vidět, že doba zrání není vše. Pokud se vezme dobrý nestařený destilát a najde se sud, který je nevyčpělý a ideálně nepoužitý (a roli hraje i jeho menší objem), tak se dá vytvořit skvělý rum. Vůně technické tóny, chuť ne ta esterová, připominá worthy park virgin oak.
