On the nose, the sherry cask is particularly noticeable. Otherwise, it is rather fruity. The origins of the rums are discreet. On the palate, woody and sherry. Then fruits. Noticeable reduction but no overly watery sensation. Nice, pleasant to drink but without complexity.
