Au nez le fût de Sherry se fait particulièrement sentir. Pour le reste 'est plutôt fruité. Les origines des rhums sont discrètes. En bouche, boisé et sherry. Puis fruits. Réduction sensible mais pas de sensation trop aqueuse. Sympa, agréable à boire mais sans complexité.
