This is the moment when is the right time to remove rum from cask. Full flavor of cask integrated with rum that is rounded

Amaretto has a great influence here, the almondy-marzipany notes are there but not so much so that it disrupts the typical notes of Galion. Big thank you to Michal Slavik for sharing this unique rums.
