Sugarcane, citrus fruits, spice and a fine pepper note create an interesting, very natural profile. Despite its youth, it feels surprisingly balanced and shows a lot of character. Not an easy, pleasant rum, but a blanc that especially appeals to agricole fans with its authenticity.
