Zuckerrohr, Zitrusfrüchte, Würze und eine feine Pfeffernote ergeben ein interessantes, sehr natürliches Profil. Trotz seiner Jugend wirkt er erstaunlich ausgewogen und zeigt viel Charakter. Kein einfacher, gefälliger Rum, sondern ein Blanc, der vor allem Agricole-Fans mit seiner Authentizität anspricht.
