Séverin Blanc 59 is an Agricole from Guadeloupe. The distillery uses a Creole column, in which they distill their rum from pure cane juice grown on the island. Overall a quite good Agricole Blanc that despite the high degree is rather round. I’ve tested it in a Ti Punch and it worked very well. Even if it’s not my favorite brand from Guadeloupe it’s good, but that goes for most of the rum from that island.

#6499 16.03.2026 Relaxing with a few samples after my training on the bike while listening to Symphonix and Total Balance. When looking at the price tag you get a lot for your money. The nose is intense and fresh with lots of grass and fruits. The palate is oily and warm with fruits, herbs, anise and citrus. The finish is spicy with herbs, citrus and sugarcane.
