#5314 15.05.2025 Enjoying some samples after coming back from the airport in Hamburg. Put my son on his flight to China for a long holiday with his mom. Listening to some Psy Trance 2025. Nose Medium intense, fruity, light polish, faint glue, citrus,light olive, spice. Palate Medium intense, oily, balanced, warm, faint smoke, light olive, light citrus, faint salt, light sugarcane. Finish Medium to long, warm, oily, light citrus, light sugarcane, olive. Empty glass Fruits, light citrus, light grass, olive. Thank you very much to the secret sample supplier.

Swell de Spirits, co-bottling series #17, VIF, Un-aged White Rum, 56.3% l'assemblage des plus grands rhums blanes pur jus et de mélasse anciens : Port Mourant Blanc circa 1970, Clairin circa 1980, Grogue circa 2000, Saint James 1970, Gardel circa 1960, Muller (Marie-Galante).... Nez : Entre les fruits, l’olive du clairon et le grogue, sur un fond de vernis Bouche : Des notes chaudes, assez indescriptibles sûrement le port mourant en bouche qui prend le dessus sur l’attaque. Finale moyenne entre le grogue et l’agricole avec un canne et du poivre. Intrigant et « ancien », j’en ai perdu mes repères !
