Swell de Spirits, co-bottling series #18, VIF, 60.7% Port Mourant 1974, Caroni + Albion + Skelton + La Bonne Intention 1980, Depaz 1975, Damoiseau 1980, Gardel 1983, Uitvlugt PM 1964.... Blend de zinzin qui est assez sage au nez, pas mal de Caroni, mais aussi un côté beurré, gras, agrumes, boisé patiné. Bouche : Boisé bien marqué, gros Caroni, salé, menthol, quelques fruits à coque peut être. Finale assez épicée, caramel au beurre, fruits rouges peut être qui reviennent, une bonne dose de vernis et de bois type armagnac. The, fruits cuit, abricots au fond du verre. Superbe !

Brutally delicious blend of ancient rums that I was able to taste both directly from the demijohn and later from the bottle. This was definitely not about quantity but about a tiny little essence of excellence. Eternal finish. If you read the individual components of this blend, your eyes almost fall out😅
