Un premier nez végétal, des herbes sèches et de la vieille corde de chanvre. Des fruits tropicaux frais, un peu piquant. Je sens le fût de Bordeaux et la banane trop mûre. De la douceur au second-plan. De la volatile (vinaigre) et des fruits rouges (cerises noires). L’entrée de bouche est plutôt douce et ample, un côté un peu piquant (volatile), les fruits montent, fruits tropicaux frais et banane trop mûre. La finale est longue, tous les arômes descendent doucement. Un côté à la fois frais et sombre. Tout à la fin comme de l’encens.
