Tasted at the Caen Spirits Festival 2025. One year older than its little brother from 2019 in cognac aging. Here, the extra year and probably the port cask bring both more roundness on the nose but more spiciness on the palate and astringency in the finish. It's good and well made but I prefer the 2019 3 years.
